Stage Coach ride at Weber Canyon outside Mancos Colorado, 2000.
My youngest daughter Jessica getting introduced to Blaze, one of the stagecoach horses, before we head out for our stagecoach ride. My oldest daughter Tasheena was being camera shy and didn't want her picture taken :-(.

Fixing to head out.

Top of coach front row, Me, Shauna and Jessica
inside coach right side, unknown lady, my daughter Tasheena and my Mom.

A part on one of the shafts broke during our stage coach ride. The guys asked for help with the horses while one of the hands went back to get a part to fix the stage coach, My mom and sister Shauna spoke up and I got volunteered to help, but I have to admit I was glad they did :-)...

That's me on the left waiting for them to unhook the lead horses so we could get the other horses unhooked.

Me and one of the hands with one of the stagecoach horses while waiting on the part to fix the stagecoach. Can't get anymore realistic than this for a stage coach ride :-).. It really was a great trip and the breakdown I think made it just that much more enjoyable..

Coming into the cabin for our lunch break.

My youngest daughterJessica got sick on the ride and wound up having to lay down in one of the beds in the loft, she didn't want any part of food. Poor girl, the jostling of the stagecoach did not agree with her...but she was tough and passed on the offer for me and her to be driven back by truck, she rode the stagecoach all the way back without a complaint...
Jessica with Blaze at the cabin where we stopped to eat lunch. Tasheena was still hiding from getting her picture taken LOL...
