Rambo is a young 20 year old retired roping horse. I feel I have been so blessed to have him as a part of my life and my family.

12/3/2009 I tell you I didn't think my heart could love another horse as much as I loved my old Jim, but Rambo has touched a special place in my heart.
I get up of a morning now and I can't wait to go and feed. It touches my heart so much to hear Rambo's welcoming nicker and to feel his warm breath against my hand and check...I know that Rambo will never take the place of my Jim, but he has definately won his special place in my heart. I can never thank God enough for blessing me with this wonderful gift and a special love that I never thought I would experience again...I am truly blessed...

3/1/2010: Rambo is so good. I love his quirky personality. He has stolen a piece of my heart that I thought would never be touched again after my Jim was laid to rest.
5/5/2010: Today Rambo and I loaded up and went for a ride at Spring Lake.
It was such a beautiful day for a ride.

6/28/2010: Today 2 of my great nieces spent the day with us. The girls were playing outside and Rambo had to come up and investigate. The littlest one Emily started calling Rambo and he came to her, which is unusual as Rambo is a standoffish horse, but he really seemed taken with little Emily.

Emily got tired of trying to reach through the gate so she just climbed through it and started loving on Rambo
Jaina decided to join in and she had to give Rambo some loving too. I love this picture.
Jaina decided she wanted to take a break and play in the dirt for a bit. Rambo stood watch while they played.

10/12/2010:Rambo is such a good boy and we all love him dearly. Rambo has been going on several rides this summer and the two Jessica's have played around the house with him. I know now that the cooler weather is here the girls will be going on even more rides.

Update: May 2011 Rambo went to his new home where he will be given lots of love and attention. Rambo will have children around all the time, which he loves. Below is some pictures of Rambo in his new home with some of his new children! Thank you Kathy for giving our Rambo a happy and wonderful new home where he is loved by so many!
